Take any ESP32 development board that has the D1 Mini bus pinout, and stack one or more Pinjarra boards atop it to get unlimited 5-volt outputs. Each Pinjarra board has 8 outputs, split over two JST PH-2.0 6P sockets. Each socket has 5v, ground and 4 outputs. There are also two sockets with 3v3, Ground and 2 IO pins, and one QWIIC I2C socket. Works well with FluidNC or ESPHome.
I made this board to make spinning up yet another robot or motion control machine as easy as plugging modules. I've used it to drive table-sized CNC machines, laboratory equipment and many things in between.
I make a lot of boards that use the stackable D1 bus, and the QWIIC I2C pinout. This unlocks access to rapid mechatronic prototyping by utilising the wide selection of compatible CPU, output and sensor boards that share this ecosystem.
