The adaptor is for joining 15-pin 1 mm to 15-pin 1 mm pitch cables.

Adaptor board to join two Raspberry Pi Camera cables allowing you to extend the length of the camera cable on Raspberry Pi B/B+/2/3 and Pi Zero using multiple cables.

When connecting the cables please make sure the contacts of both cables are facing downwards towards the PCB.

Raspberry Pi B/B+/2/3

  • You will need 2 standard Raspberry Pi Camera Cables + One Extender Board (+ an Extender for each additional Cable).

Raspberry Pi Zero

  • You will need one Pi Zero Camera Cable + standard Raspberry Pi Camera Cable + One Extender Board (+ an Extender for each additional Cable).

I've tested with a Raspberry Pi Zero + 8MP Camera and 6 extender boards with ~2.1 meters of cables (1x 15cm Pi Zero Camera Cable + 3x 50cm Cables + 3x 15cm Cables) but I wouldn't advise using this many.

Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi Zero, Cables, etc. not included - you are buying a single adapter board to join two Raspberry Pi Camera Cables.
