What is it?
Transistor array comprised of 8 high current, P-channel + N-Chanel MOSFET pairs. The device contains high side and low side outputs suitable for interfacing low-level MCU pins to high power loads such as lamps and LED strips.
- 8 x high current P-Channel MOSFET outputs
- 8 x high current N-Channel MOSFET outputs
- Direct connection to Arduino/STM32 MCUs
- Low Rds(on) MOSFETs
- Maximum sink/source current per MOSFET 3A
- Provided with IDC16 and IDC20 2.54mm pitch box header (unsoldered)
