The Wii Nunchuk is a fantastic, low-cost peripheral containing a joystick (X/Y), two buttons (C & Z), and a 3-axis 10-bit accelerometer (X, Y, Z).

The **I²C Wii Nunchuk Adapter** makes it incredibly easy to connect your Nintendo Wii controller (or a clone) to your Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or any other microcontroller, allowing you to utilize all that sensor data in your own projects.

Unlike basic breakout boards, this adapter is fully packed with features to make integration as seamless as possible:
- **True Plug & Play**: Features a built-in **5V to 3.3V voltage regulator and I²C level shifter**, combined with proper **4.7 kΩ pull-up resistors**. You can connect it directly to 5V or 3.3V systems without needing any external components or separate level shifters.
- **Flexible Connectivity**: Equipped with a convenient **GROVE/STEMMA** connector (4-pin) alongside standard pin headers on the sides.
- **Hot-Swapping Support**: Designed to support hot-swapping with automatic re-initialization upon connection (see example code).
- **Power Indicator**: An integrated **VDD status LED** lets you see at a glance whether the power supply is connected correctly.
