##What is it?

The **AAL – CalciWave** is an active electronic anti-scale device designed to help reduce limescale buildup in water pipes using a controlled electromagnetic treatment method.

Unlike passive systems, CalciWave actively generates a modulated electrical signal around the pipe via external coils, without requiring plumbing modifications or pipe cutting.

Designed for continuous operation, the system aims to influence mineral behavior in circulating water while preserving its natural mineral content.

##Why did you make it?

Living in a hard-water region, I wanted a practical and non-invasive anti-scale solution for my own home.

After exploring existing systems — ranging from low-cost gadgets to expensive plumbing modifications — I found few solutions offering a practical, measurable and engineering-driven approach.

CalciWave was designed around a different philosophy: a closed-loop electronic system capable of generating and injecting a controlled and measurable signal around the pipe.

##How does it work?

CalciWave operates by:

- Generating a modulated electrical signal
- Injecting controlled energy into external pipe coils
- Creating a variable electromagnetic field around the pipe
- Operating continuously on circulating water to influence mineral behavior and help reduce limescale formation

Installation is non-invasive and requires **no pipe cutting or plumbing modifications**.

Pipe coils/wires are **not included** and must be prepared by the user according to the installation guide (wire length depends on pipe diameter and material).
